Actually Azathoth didn´t CREATE something...usually he sometimes shows up gobbling whole solar systems for breakfast before he returns to the centre of all chaos.
Azathoth stands for perfekt harmany with the existence, as way I see it. Not chas, wich purpose is to be defeated, but not obliveareted, as done in USA, go to hell evrebody, godthanks.
Actually, Azathoth was a sort of "leader" for the Great Old Ones against the Old Ones. He is the center or nucleus of the darkness against the Old Ones. And MCAZ33M, if this stuff is real, than that means damn near ever planet holds these creatures (or is held by these creatures) and no one is safe once they awaken. They will rule again and everything else is insignificant. Again, if this is real.
