Eye shadow primer Urban Decay Primer Potion fount at Sephora. It allows you to see the true color of the eveshadow and it also keeps the eye shadow from creasing, and it also allows the shadow to last longer. Oh and it helps the eve shadows blend better.

its an eye shadow primer. helps keep your shadow from goin all over the place. i couldnt tell wut brand she was using but remmel has a good priced one you can find at any wal-mart.... but i also want to know about the white pencil she used before the eye color. i'm guessing me not using that is why i cant get certain colors to show the way i want them to... wut is that stuff(watch it be something simple lol)

lol i knew it would be something simple! i tried it with just a reg white liner. seems to work pretty well. great tip tho, i've been getting yellows, bright blues and bright greens to show up 10x better!
