This guy sucks, He is the worse coach the Bucs hav since going 0-14, So what if Gruden only took them to the playoffs every other year ? Thats just the way the NFC South works, those teams are always goin back and fourth, He was still the only coach in thats division with a SUper Bowl Ring. If we had Gruden, they would be 5-6 atleast. Morris just doesnt know what direction he wangts to go in. Too many changes and 0 stability.

But what Raheem and mark are doing is building for a team that is going to compete in the playoffs every year(something Gruden couldnt do). Sort of like what Dungy and Rich mckay did. Domick said there going to build the team through draft wich is what Mckay did. So I think that this team is going to be back as an elite back when dungy and mckay were running things. As long as the glazers are patient and Domick makes good decisions.

We had a few young good franchise players but thats all we had. The rest were older.
