Apparently all those promotional and in-flight gimmicks do not work. Bottom line is they're racing towards Chapter 7.

United, Southwest, Delta and American individually operate more flights per day than VX does in two weeks and VX still can't dispatch most of their flights on time. New service to ORD is a positive but VX still has a long way to go.

lol.... on a united flight my friend and i were in cancun and we were supposed to go back to tornto via chicago... i stayed for 2 weeks while my friend left on the 1st week. he got back at chicago on time but the plane had a problem and he had to wait JUST UNDER 4 hours. if the wait is over 4 hours, he gets a complimentary meal and may get a complimentary hotel room. but they timed it right. the following weekend i used the same plane and they forgot a customs paper so we were delayed 30 mins.
