God, I love this. I was a huge fan of Patty & the Street-Tones and played the LP to death. Wish somebody would issue it on CD. This is one beautiful song. Go Patty!

Hello...I grew up in Brooklyn too and did that street-corner harmony. In fact, we did this song on the stairwells of Erasmus Hall.
We were not as good as you...you guys sound great.
