ok well appearantly people are clulesss. You get a canvas, smear it with flourescent paint, and let it dry, after that, get any light, and start drawing :D gotta be in dark.

The last art gave it all away. This in fact is not a canvas but is instead a type of paint on a wall or something. There are 2 types of paints that can be used.

The first type is used in "shadow walls."

The second type is more commercially available.

I think its made of the same stuff glow in the dark stars are made of. because when you use a black light only the area you shine the BL on glows.... I get bored.
