Nice fish. The best way is to plunge a nice down into it's brain. Meats tastes better when the fish doesn't flop around a lot, doesn't get bruised. That or break it's neck. It's kinder too.
Nice fish, but you are really rangi when it comes to killing the fish. Hit it on the top of the head, don't just bash the living sh*t out of it. Not plesant to watch!!

Clean blow to the top of the head.once maybe twice,not repeatedly with a rock on the side of the head!!!

Suck it up. We're not trying to make the fish look pretty when it's dead. Just kill and it prevent it from flopping back in the river.
