Such an emotional night! Burst into tears as soon as Tim set foot on stage and cried on and off all night (in between dancing and singing BADLY and generally being over -excited) Made me wonder if pregnant ladies should actually be aloud to gigs like this!?!
Is it just this venue that does not allow filming or was it to do with James record company ? I've never been stopped from filming at any other concert or gig.
I can see the back of my head in this video - I was 2nd row. I too was stopped from filming - I stopped and did not start again, however the steward reported me to security, who were waiting for me at the end and threatened to call the police on me! Needless to say I was shocked and upset. I will not be going back to this venue!
I wasnt the only one in tears when they played this last night then! I first saw them in 85 and have since seen them many times. This was one of the best...thanks for your vids xx
Plym - I do believe I was sitting next to you in the second half! Hope you had a safe journey home.
Have to agree with all the comments above - a wondrous night - I was giving it tears myself, especially during this one.
Loads of highlights, the walkabout, the girl dancing with Tim, the ebb and flow of the music and night, and the way atmosphere just built and built. Euphoric!
Got half a video before the Nazi ushers shut me down, I will upload later...
Still smiling about it, was a truly mesmerizing night. Surprised to see such a quality video too, the stewards were like hawks, any sign of a camera and they were onto you in a flash, bravo!
i've put a video on here earlier- 'sometimes' i managed to get all 6 mins-but got stopped from filming any more-so thanks for sharing this one. What a wonderful night - almost spiritual...
As you get older you seem to get more emotional ! Anyone else found this to be true? Because when the orchestra played the into to this I found tears welling up! My word I loved this concert (it wasn't a gig!). Wonderful, beautiful songs, played in a fabulous venue. If you've never been to the Millennium Centre in Cardiff you should! This was a real 'I was there' moment. It was a beautiful occasion and worth going just to hear The Lake the best B side ever.
Great footage and sound for a phone mate(a shame you were stopped from filming more) You had excellent seats. This was my third and favourite James gig and the girl who got up on stage for a dance with tim was the highlight for me, i can't stop smiling when i think of her. Such a great night, CHEERS :-)
