@143moon1 Eyeliner doesn't stain. I wear eyeliner (black) on a daily basis and at night or special occasions I wear a more dramatic application. The only way eyeliner would still remain is if it is not properly removed. I do agree however some eyeshadows and lip sticks/stains may remain -but again if you remove these with makeup remover when cleansing the face properly they do come off. I would expect Tila to know this since she has been around professional makeup.

Tila has eyeliner, shadow and light pink lipstick -since she is wearing these I wouldn't doubt that she has a light application of foundation or a blend to make her skin tone even. Although she is wearing makeup it is very minimal compared to her normal false eyelashes and heavy eyeliner look. Although she has a minimal amount of makeup on and very light coverage -she is still wearing makeup just a natural look.
