Hey James I have just a few questions for ya :-) Was this in the fall? because I read that the Norwegian Dawn only sails from NYC to Canada in October, and my family of three wants to book a mid-ship Balcony stateroom that accomodates 3, for the kind of cruise that you were on in this vid (Nyc to Canada) how much would that stateroom cost?

Hey, it does look kind of boring. There were a lot of people standing around and the food wasn't that good looking. (Don't they have food you can chew?) It looked either soft or in liquid form. People can chew you know. Where are the activites? It looked like it was for couples. What if I want to hit on one of the older men? I can't swim and don't want to make any of the ladies mad at me. The rooms look alright I guess but you didn't show a good view.

Never go by the looks of food. I went on the same boat to Bermuda and the food was pretty swell. He showed mostly the buffet food. Don't go on a cruise and expect action every 5 min, it isn't like that at all. Cruises are for group of people, couples included, not for loners. The rooms are extremely small but you don't go on a cruise for the rooms. They are merely for sleeping/bathing, not to hang around in. Some don't even have windows.I had a blast with my family.

Hey,please understand that I don't always have someone that wants to go with me places. I'm not a monster but I'm just use to being alone. I don't expect action ever 5 minutes. (I get tired thinking about it lol.) I do want to spend time in my cabin. I know that people come on cruises to meet people and to do activites but I'd feel better if people weren't in my room all the time. It makes me feel like my ma is on board or something lol. I'm glad the crew's nice and look forward to going one day

Fantastic Videos....brought back great memories. I'm in the travel business & sailed the Dawn over 15 times. Not because of any discount, but, because of the crew. The best I've ever expierenced. I even got a glimpse of Pedro (where is he now???).

I sailed this ships maiden voyage from southampton to NYC. My first freestyle cruise whereby you can eat at any of the 13 resaraunts on board, rather than regular cruises where you have "sittings" in the very large main restaraunt and have to dress according to the itinery; ie Black tie night or smart casual night etc. The boat itself is quie lavish in parts with genuine picasso paitings hanging and large amounts of music memrobillia. The service is 5* and choice of entertainment and bars great.

i had a hair in my first meal on dawn. next few days were rough until florida bahamas. then rough again on the way back, vomit here and there. didn't care for food, restaurants, entertainment. good memories, bad memories.

Aww man, Norewegian Cruise lines are the best cruises ever! On MArch 10, my family and i are leaving to go to HAwaii for an 1 week cruise on the Norwegian Pride of America. This will be my second cruise. I have already been on the Pearl, and it was my favorite vacation memories!

norwegian dawn was a beautiful ship. went to bermuda on it. soooo much fun. i prefer cruising over flying becuasse of this ship. completely smooth sailing. hit no storms. none of us got sick like we usually would've. you might just call that luck, but i was thoroughly impressed.

Wow, great vid, I loved it! My family and I are going on a cruise aboard the Norwegian Dawn this Feburary, and you're vid was a big help. Basically, when my mom books a cruise it's up to me to get to know the ship a bit before we board, and you gave me a great idea of what this ship will look like. Hey that was Norwegian Spirit at 2:26, wasn't it? I LOVE that ship, I went on her last Feburary. But I bet I'll love the Dawn as well, thanks for posting this! ^__^
