Well, I sure don't recognize this from 1979, when it was completely undeveloped except for a few thatched huts along beach terraces. WAs a European ex-pat nudist colony then, non-touristy and MUCH more beautiful. This saddens me actually.

the sea doesnt look to clean/with that photo color...whats the best time of year to go to goa?

The sea is very clean at Vagator beach it looks this way because there is a lot of seaweed.The best time to visit is November to March.

I videod this about 4 years ago.Once upon a time they did not have lots of security as they do now.

There used to be a lot of people there at sunset as well.You had to get there early to get a seat.

I wonder where they have all gone ?

I don't know fella but it's still busy around December and January. I try and get there twice a year. Stayed at little Vagator in April for 2 weeks. Nine Bar was still kickin'.

I stay for about 5 months every year and its not like it used to be.

Curlies down on Anjuna is better.

Yes I do that,but haven't done it since 2005/6. Using your direct debit card every week at Manalis Guest House comes in handy ;-).

I usually stay in an Indian families house near the big white church (St Anthonys). Yes Curlies has the best parties now in Anjuna by far. I don't like these 'semi legal' clubs at all. Rip Offs imo. Are you going this year dude. I'm having trouble buying K now but usually a trip to Mapusa solves that.
