It's a clunky looking phone but it does a heck of a lot of stuff Android doesn't - although N900's can't yet send MMS messages. I'm a bit of a Google fanboy too though. :-)

@cirkusarena Actually the HTC Desire. The Sense UI kinda clinched it for me, and I'm very happy with it. Battery life isn't bad when you close down a few things like network access when you have it in your pocket.

Lets face it, the iphone is great, but I think theoretically it only has a 2 year shelf life (they have a knack at releasing new phones but witholding vital options we all want, making you upgrade every new release). How can HTC copy themself ? HTC Nexus One is made by HTC. And this phone runs Android. Same OS as Nexus One. The diffrence is that this phone runs HTC Sense 2.1 on top of Android 2.1

Looks alright. Looks like its an Android phoen juding by the look of Sense and the hard keys.
Optical Trackpad?
I'll stick with my HD2 thanks but looks alright.

yes its android and its for those people who like the HD2 but dont like WM and like Android more with HTC's Sense.

@mcspikesky yeah optical tackpad. I will also be getting the HD2, but only if it has the option to get a free upgrade to Windows mobile 7 series

Windows Phone 7 now :P
Im pretty sure it will be as it meets all the criteria for Windows Phone 7. It was the biggest reason i upgraded from my Touch Pro2 which i was more than happy with. Plus the specs of the HD2 are phenomenal and it will be far from obsolete for a long time.
