first they have to get off the damn playgrounds. stop flashing their stupid bodies, and start using their heads.

there are other ways to keep fit and save money. start learning Tai-Chi and do it outside in the parks. it does wonders for your health, and makes u damn strong.

You should not straighten your arms fully during pull ups. And a full range of motion during push ups would be more beneficial. Other than that, nice video. Keep up with the good work.

Might not be huge but they are in shape for performance. More muscle, the more oxygen it takes to power them. The more weight, the slower, lower dexterity and just plain "pain in the butt" it is. For operations, it makes more sence.
@rambomoore9999 Despite what you may think, 'big' doesn't actually mean everything. Muscular endurance is much more important that being able to lift 30000000000 pounds once.
Awesome motivation guys, these videos, started using a few of these moves myself. Plus it's good to see you two working hard, because it makes me get my ass out of the house and try to match the effort and I'm already seeing the results.
