I swear by threading, I get mine done at a family friend's salon, it actually really hurts (for me) but I think it depends on the person, I honestly don't even mind how much it hurts because it's worth it! Great video, you are very beautiful!

I think thread isn't as bad as it gets rid of more hair in one pull, also if you push down onto the skin while doing it it kind of tricks your brain into thinking its not as painful :)

how long does it take for the hair to grow back after you thread your upper lip or eye brows? I have always wanted to know. Also, does the hair grow back thicker and darker? And, is threading like plucking with a string?

@ragigyp yeah, pretty much its the same principle as plucking so the time for it to grow back will be about the samem the main difference is that you can get rid of more hair in a smaller amount of time and also u get cleaner lines

Yeah it should do, otherwise you can put a little bit of wax/ gel on the hair your going to include in the braid and this should get them to stay in the plait

save your money and do it yourself lol. it doesn't hurt as much when u do it yourself as well!! all you have to do is stick ur tongue into that part of your lip to keep the skin stretched and thread as normal, it'll hurt a bit at first but u can use ice to numb it a bit first

the skin underneath ur eyebrow does get snagged quite easily if it isn't stretched for this area I either get my sister to hold my skin taught or I have to use a tweezer. if the skin does get caught it will probably bleed a bit :-(
