I just bought Market Samurai and after only a few key word searches I got blocked by Google "due to rate-limiting of requests" I have tried changing adword accounts and that didnt work. Frustrating when key word search is the first and most important step. Has this happened to you? How do you get around it?
@FiveCardArmy Found a quick fix > Go to file > settings > set connection speed to 56Kbps. Its slow but at least I wont get banned for 48hrs. Also be careful with how many times you hit the key word generation in the short time frames in the first step
There's got to be some way to take advantage of these "off label uses" of the keywords we're searching for - obviously it's a well-searched topic, and many marketers would think like you initially, ie: "ah let's stay away from this one, it's not what we want" which, to me, means it's a wider open market........ I must ponder further, but my brain is reeling and saying there's MONEY in them thar searches.
Thanks for these reminders. We actually are also reviewing keywords stuff since we've also seen conflicts with regards to broad and exact keyword searches, competition, etc. Whew and yeah, pretty tough but this a great learning process for the team and yours too. :) Good luck to both of us!
I'm still setting up my blog post for the first niche we've chosen as well.
