I love David Cook as much as the next person who thinks David Cook is a total beast, but parts of this song were just hard to listen to... It's a good song, but his voice just didn't work 2 or 3 times, in my opinion.

@imdbrod What does it matter? I'm not an obsessed fan or anything, but the beauty of performance and being a good singer is being able to sing live with your imperfections. it proves he actually sings live and he's quite amazing at it. It only adds to his performance, not take away from it.

@imdbrod ok I was going to disagree, however I listened to the whole thing with my eyes closed and I concede you are correct sir, he sounded to me, as @MrTreknation alluded to, like he couldn't quite hear himself so he was being extra careful or short...don't really know how else to explain it, hopefully you get it.

Simply amazing. One of the greatest artist to come along in a long time. I downloaded the new single and it was well worth it. Now, I am just biting my nails waiting for the full album release! :)

His voice is amazing and I'd listen to him sing the phone book. That said, I didn't like this song at first, but it's slowly growing on me and I keep finding myself humming it with it stuck in my head at random moments. Their performance on Ellen today sounded much better, though. Something sounded off with the sound during the AI performance, but I'm no expert.

As a matter of fact..yeah. I don't think he wrote this anyway, it was probably written by some record company. It's such a forgettable, disposable radio tune. I didn't even insult his singing, he's a great singer, but he's wasting it by appeasing the company he's got a contract with. Once again, I think it's sad.

omg i didnt realise this song is so hard to sing and so fast to catch until I saw this live performance.. there's loop here n there but honestly give credit to David n the band for their amazing LIVE performance... i like watching David giving sign 1:10 to 1:21, thought it was kinda cute.. my only comment is stupid Idol sound system!
