@12ritavt how do you actually join the Tracy Anderson Method. When I go to her website it doesn't give me the option to sign up. What do I need to do?
@louisewhomackable To join the TAM network, I purchased the Metamorphosis DVD set and received an e-mail with the login info. I must say though that I use the DVDs much more than I use the website. To network, I prefer Tracy's facebook page with many fans sharing experiences, concerns, raising questions and more importantly, receiving answers and tips. The key though is VERY simple: listen to your body, DO it EVERY day (like brushing one's teeth) and change the routine. Good luck ;)
Please please do a DVD with a rebounder at least an hour long!!! this would be so great!! i love this mix and do it 6 days a week, i have trouble doing the dance cardio due to a knee injury BUT I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!! IT WILL HELP SO MANY WOMEN.
I WOULD LOVE TO DO ONE FOR YOU TRACY AND SUBMIT IT TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!
