  • Makes me feel sick that I wasted my money on this guy's "E-book" early last year, after doing some exra research I had realized I had wasted my money.

TO ALL NOOBS, PLEASE REEFER TO SOME ONE ELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Got me in the right mindset for 2012, been putting on pounds of muscle every day =) Vince you're a lad

  • Hey vince, is it ok to take Jack3d as a pre workout supplement with whey protein during the 21 Day Fast Mass Program?

  • never forget, warm up and cool down with light cardio, then strech! Always1

  • I figured out compound movements are great and all, (now and again) but too much of it puts a lot of emphasis on the spine. Particularly triceps dips, on the upper part. So i say only compound moves with weights and keep it light to start. Then start on a few bodyweight ones, it will develop the six pack without the crunches and sit ups, keep your flexibility up. And once the core is developed, then move on to moves like the triceps extensions and curls and calf raises, start in and work out

  • Vince that guy is fuuuarkin huge.

  • Hey vince, Im going to buy your program. Im an athletic person, got a good body but have too much fat and I have been trying for years to find the right balance between fat and muscle. I want to get ripped like you, your are my role model and will buy your program to change my life. Certainly, will recommended to everyone I know that want to get fit. Im going to do this, im going to change my life...

  • Hey Vince, what pre workout do you recommend?

  • @mmarinch Extreme Rush by Blue Star... you're better just taking carnitine, beta alananine and loads of BCAAs during your workout. Will keep growth hormone levels up.

  • @VinceDelMonte haha I just saw your comment below about pre workouts. Is there anything about them that actually gives you energy/extra muscle growth? Or is it all just mental. I find that I can get the same intensity from a workout even without one purely off of motivation to get stronger. Anyway, thanks for all the great work you do. It is very helpful.

  • your dad is a mesomorph vince

  • @BelldandyMai there is nothing wrong with 5kg in 3months, if you eat healhty this is awesome, sure you can gain like 10kgs in 3months, but that will be mostly FAT ;)

  • @FitnessCountdown I see. So I will be okay at this rate?

  • @BelldandyMai yes, defitnaly! :) But if you really want to gain more, try a Weight Gainer.

  • nice video!

  • Hey Vince

Did your brother michael do the NNMB Program?

  • I fucking dig you!

  • Hey Vince. I started working out. It's been 3 months, but I only gained 5 kg. I was wondering what is the best pre workout meal and post workout meal? I don't use supplements because I can't afford them. I can't even afford your book even though I wanted to buy it. The program that I use is used by my instructor. Day 1-5 is: Chest-Back-Legs-Biceps and Triceps-Shoulders. 3 sets per exercise (train to failure), rest on Saturdays and Sundays. 1.5 hours max per session in the gym. Am I doing OK?

  • @BelldandyMai Only 5kg!?!? Thats great, why wouldn't you be happy with that

  • @IrishRhavin It's because 3 months have passed. I could have gained more.

  • @BelldandyMai You teenagers and the pre workouts... it's effing depressing! Pre workout meal - white fish (fast digesting) and slow releasing carbs (brown rice). NO fat. Never eat fat pre workout. Same thing post workout. Different type of white fish though and different source of carbs - any color of potato. No fats but fish oils post workout.

  • @VinceDelMonte Thanks for the reply Vince. How about the program? Is there anything wrong with my program?

  • @VinceDelMonte but should i ONLY train the weak side until it catches up? thank you so much Vince your reply's always help me improve myself and my body!

  • @emericaordie15 no. re read what i wrote

  • if i have really uneven muscles should i keep training them equally or should i train the lagging one with isolation exercises until it catches up??

  • @emericaordie15 Yes, dumbbells. Don't do more reps on the strong side until the weak side catches up. That's called The Weak Side Rule.
