  • I hugged and apologized to my dog after watching this and threw out all the crap I had been feeding him. I'm going to my local pet store (not petco nor petsmart) to buy quality food.

  • I feel guilty when I hear all this. When I was a kid we fed our cats cheap, commercial food. They both died before the age of 13 and the cause was kidney failure (we put them down before it got too bad, but their kidneys had gone into gradual failure). I feel like we killed them by feeding them bad food. I tell myself I didn't know any better because I was a kid but it still makes me feel horrible to think I could still have my cat with me right now if we'd made proper nutrition choices.

  • is lams good for pets

  • Need your advise. I will be getting pup this Friday. Choose to go (raw). I can a buy two bags of breast chicken and brown rice and some veg a month. Cook is ok?

  • is there anything bad about rabbit pellets mixed with grains? i didnt think so but after watching this video...you never know. its just grains rite? :(

  • i`v heard dog food is made out of cow stomic

  • Valuable information, but in my country i can`t find any of these mentioned products! How am i suppose to feed healthy food to my cats, when we can`t find not even 1 here! Anyone from UK has any good brand name that is really healthy, so maybe i can try importing from the company? Thanks

  • this is why I "raw feed" my pets.

  • bones, fish heads and such, are eatable, only people do not like them, so the heads etc, are given to pet food makers, but in nature animals eat that and more, also lots of weak animals which often are sick. Wolves will go for intestines first.

  • does anyone know if "Fancy Feast" wet food, or "Science Diet" dry food are good for cats??

  • @shan12345678910

No Fancy Feast and Science Diet/Hills are not good for any animal. They are horrible poor quality junk.

  • @shan12345678910 Both are terrible. Both have far too much grain/corn/cereal in which cats cannot digest well and can lead to a cat getting fat as it just gets stored in the body. There's not much meat in either brand, so it might be best to look for another brand that has named meat listed in the ingredients (Chicken, Turkey, etc) and hasn't got any grains or cereals in.

  • @shan12345678910 no because cats are carnivores and they do not need fruit or vegetable matter in their diet ("Your Cat" by Elizabeth M. Hodgkins)

  • this is totally just to mislead people who look and care for their cat and dog, I am from a country with no long tradition for making super premium cat and dogfood, so i visited more US factories and talk to dosent of nutritional eksperts, so I find you can relay this companies, they do the best for your pet, just ask for their ingridient, and they will tell you!! And after that choose for yourself!!

    best regards

  • Thanks for valuable information.

  • Hey, thanks for valueable information.

  • Thanks for the video! Life's abundance is a great food. There's some other good ones like Halo, Harmony Farms and Blue Buffalo too.

  • I love this product but unfortunately there is no supply in Canada..Thank you again for your video :)

  • i pay $70 a bag for my high quality dog food, and i never go to the vet (except routine checks) some pay $30 for a bag and spend thousands in vet bills due to skin/coat/eye infections, wet dog smell, huge stools, and obesity....ill pay my $70 TYVM!!!

  • hi,

what brand cat food you give to your cats?

    thanks

  • i make my dogs food for about 40 bucks with rice, chicken liver and soybeans...keps em really helthy

  • I live in the UK too and breed Exotic Shorthaired cats.

Its important for me that I know what I'm feeding my cats, and this guy seems to know what he is talking about :-)

  • They feed us this crap! what do you think they put in dog food.

  • This guy ABSOLUTELY is telling the truth. Stop feeding your pets Beneful, Purina, Pedigree, Ol' Roy, and Kibbles and Bits. If you HONESTLY gave a damn about your pet you'd seriously check the ingredients and switch to something healthy for your pet!

  • and the vets in this country UK are not allowed to pass on the euthanized animals to pet food companys, everything is controlled here, it all gets incinerated, and there are actually cat and dog food company's here that do care for what we feed our pets and nothing but the best goes into them!

  • Well I am glad i am from england and that i look at the ingredients in the food that i feed my cats, high quality food, made with quality meats with all the vitamins they need A D3 and E, I would never buy cheapy stuff, in england if it says on the packets made with quality meat, then that is what it is made of, because it wouldn't be allowed to state that.

  • i sell pet food .. almost everthing he says is correct. he left a lot out and hes trying to sell food.

animals need a variety of meats, nutrionaly.

secondly dogs dont need any grain at all, although i approve of using a quality grain like brown rice if any. idealy you would want to find atleast 2-3 manufactured foods that you can rotate between. (or make your own / feed raw local meat) raw and dehydrated foods offer the best nutrional availability.

  • All of the claims made on this video have been verified by the FDA.

  • Seriously listen to the guy he knows what he is talkin about

  • Wow! This is truly inspirational.
