I am a Cotto fan all the way and even i think he COULD lose, but not that he will. They are both great fighters, and this is the best match up we're going to see right now. I respect boxing enough to look at all the details and make an assumption and i can't even come to a conclusive one. Bottom line is this fight can go either way, I admit Pacqiuao is an amazing fighter because of his speed and his ability to hit with power shots mixed with that speed, but he is not unstoppable because he has been stopped. He is entering Cotto's weight nd thats where Cotto's power is dangerous. don't forget cotto beat clottey with ONE EYE, and Judah, and Mosely, and Malignaggi, nd alot of good fighters, one loss doesn't make cotto washed up. His only memorable fights were against Barrera and Marquez, no one important before that. Maybe Diaz. I like both fighters, BUT if i had to make a bet i would have to put my money on pacquiao. In manny's last few fights freddie roach has perfected the right game plan every time and along with it manny is on whole new level compared to before. dont wanna sound corny but speed kills and manny has plenty of it. cotto is very dangerous too, i like he's style but after watching the Clottey fight i can see that cotto is very beatable.
