On 12 May 2009 three directors resigned from EDO (UK) Ltd, the immediate holding company that own all five million shares in EDO MBM and sister company EDO Artisan in the US, and is in turn owned by ITT.
This brings the number of directors that have resigned from EDO (UK) to 10 since June 2008.

fascism is the law for the UK Gov's serfs! there is no longer freedom of speech, SOCAPA law in part was drafted to remove a peace protester Brian Haw and label him as a terrorist.
that is absolute bull do you seriously believe that an Act with such broad implications as SOCAP was brought into legisation to remove one peace protestor and lable him a terrorist? if you do you need sectioning
I am convinced there is no section of SOCAP that mentions Brian Haw. The Act is available in full on the Office of Public Sector Information website. If you would like to point out the bit about Haw I would be very greatful.
The "Blunket speech" was a very short soundbite about using a sledgehammer to crack a nut - no mention of Haw or SOCAP - and the "relevant info", by which you mean a few paragraphs of text on screen, was not at all referenced or backed up by any evidence. You can't just read something on a film somewhere and accept it as fact.
I watched from around 13 mins in and the film seems to me to be very poorly researched and based largely on a few people's opinions and very few (if any) facts.

(That's both Sussex and Hampshire police in the video). Seems to me all you've done is piss off pretty much everyone in Brighton and EDO carry on as usual
dan101uk, No-one is pleased with the level of police turnout - both protesters and observers agreed it was a total overspending of police manhours.
You are right about the disruption caused to Brighton transport, but this video should hopefully highlight the fact that the procession was moving peacefully until it was met by a massive police blockade. It was this heavy-handed police response, which remained for hours, which meant the disruption to transport was so huge.
I suspect they were there to prevent the widespread criminal damage and voilence that usually accompanies the "peaceful" Smash EDO demostrations, which again have acheived nothing.
I was present at the Smash EDO demonstration pictured here, and didn't see any such damage take place. If you know of any official reports that point to such damage, please bring them to my attention. hangerbanger - jimbo love, it mentions the masks on the film, did you watch it or just send ignorant comments about something you didnt even take the time to veiw?
Yeah, thanks. So what you're saying is the police are there protecting them because of you. You have done nothing to stop them in how many years? And cost ME the tax payer how much? what about blurring faces the last edo the cops used evidence from videos on youtube and other they raided house got evidence as the went along its also a shem you did not get us marching through the city but good anywhere
Generally only ones that have a criminal element though. Criminal damage, assault, victimisation, serious highway obstruction (sitting down in front of traffic) etc. Oh, hang on, all the things that EDO 'peaceful' protesters have done, and been convicted of, in the past. Yeah the police should stay at home, they have no place dealing with assault, criminal damage, highway obstruction...Whats that? It's their job, you say? What the devil do you mean? How dare they!
I refute all you have just written. Read my comment again. If I go to a political rally (and I'm not telling you what my politics are) the police are likely to film me. Just for being there. They are gathering political "intelligence". They are making themselves political police.
The police should keep their pig snouts out of politics. People who wear masks do so for very good reasons.

There are good reasons why people, even educated and upright members of the public, call the police "pigs", "filth", "plod" and so on. It is because have earned those nicknames.
Oh, I see. Becasue you have met each and every one of them to form this opinion then? Or is it a generalisation. Another great quality for an educated person.
Obviously I have not met every pig, but I have met enough pigs to know that the monicker is well earned.
There is nothing wrong with "generalisation". It is a useful tool. "It is usually cold in winter". That's a generalisation. It happens to be correct. "Squirrels hide nuts". Another generalisation. Also correct. "MPs spend more on expenses than average Joe Public". Also correct.
OK mate. You carry on justifying generalisation of attitude and beliefs. Im bored now. Get bored very quickly when I have conversations with children you see. Lets hope when you call 999 you get the police service you deserve.
Well it's not just my opinion. A very large proportion of the population now feel the same way I do. That's not healthy (for the police).
The fact is if I rang 999 I would get a service very much below what I deserve. The police have deliberately "forgotten" that policing is by consent and they are public servants. We pay their salaries. Then they give us a very shitty service. Alas they have no competition so they get away with it.
The non-investigation of a crime which I suffered. It was "screened out". The police are not paid to "screen things out", they are paid to deter and investigate crime. Shitty service.
Popular opinion does mean something. It usually comes back to bite those who ignore it. And deservedly so.
The public will get the police service they deserve i'm afraid. I've had a good service from the police in the past. So I dont really understand your viewpoint.
Hmmm, interesting. I take it you have had a few interactions with the police? Otherwise are you basing your opinion on one bad experience? My experience with the police has been positive. There are 140,000 cops out there, how can an intelligent person tar them all?If you go to a lot of protests, then of course there will be a bit of a them and us attitude, but they do and deal with more than just protests. Some fantastic, outstanding work has also been done.
I bet it stank there of sweaty clothes and B O. I hope all the police were on double pay. What a waste of time. Bet the Gov really took loads of notice. Why do you always wear black hoodies and masks. It does not really help your cause.
police officers = souless geeks.
