Hydro can control freezing water. he was killed by Scorpion, because he promised to kill all of Sub-Zero's friends first. MKP suggests this is the same Hydro, but automated by the Lin Kuei into a cyborg to save his life.

@TBKSLyCooPeR calm the hell down. it is very easy to research M.U.G.E.N. on Wikipedia, but I can put it very simply: it is a FREE 2D fighting game ENGINE developed by Elecbyte. you can easily customize it once you learn how to, like changing the sprites (2D picture on video games), sounds, and moves. a group of fans created Mortal Kombat Project, a FAN-MADE version of Mortal Kombat using this FREE ENGINE. I have made some edits to it. you can download either for free. for a free game, it's good

@TBKSLyCooPeR you most likely downloaded someone else's edit of Mortal Kombat Project. Before you play that or my version, I recommend you download the original Mortal Kombat Project 4.1. just google it. Also, M.U.G.E.N. supports as many characters as you want.

@TBKSLyCooPeR I'm sure you know how the directions work. I play with a joypad though. if you play with keyboard, you can assign key commands to whatever you want. A is Low Punch. B is Low Kick. C is Run. X is High Punch. Y is High Kick. Z is Block. S is Start (however you don't use this button really). if you're playing MKP4.1, it doesn't save joystick configuration, unless you get an updated .cfg file. MKP4.1 does save keyboard configuration though.
