The pigment is basically just a loose powder. I think what she uses on the brush transforms the powder almost into a liquid. This way it can be used as an eye liner also. Any cosmetics dept. will be able to help you with this.

aubrey i've been searching for makeup tutorials since forever. since i'm asian and don't have really deep set eyes, and i tried to recreate some looks from ppl w/deep crease, makeup really didn't look good on me... i thought i'd never be able to look pretty with makeup. but then watching ur vids i learned so much, and the thing is that you makeup is so unique and looks sooooo good...when others try to recreate your look it doesn't look as good because their eye structure is different from yours

it's called Fix+ from mac. i think it's like $20. well, $20 cdn. Don't use water with pigments but you can probably find an alternative to Fix+.

I love all of your tutorials, can you make one on how to keep your make up on all day. Especially eyeliner, because mine wont stay on and it's annoying when it smears /: I don't even touch my face, but ugh. You are an artist with makeup. It helps to have your kitten eye shape. Not really fair to all shapes. Your shape and spacing between brow and eye enhances the colors. This is the best smokey eye I have ever seen. Love how it fades darker. Are you a make up artist I would love to see you work your magic on some other eye shapes and skin tones. Yours is too good of a palate in MY opinion. But keep doing your thing. You make a person want to try. That is for sure.
