Ingredients for this tart:
Crust:1/3 cup roasted whole almonds, 1/4 cup superfine sugar,1 cup unbleached flour,1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter cut in cubes and semifrozen
1 egg yolk, 2 Tbs water, 1 tsp almond extract
Filling: 1/3 cup roasted whole almonds, 1/2 cup superfine sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon
10 apricots halved, stones (pits) removed
1/2 cup apricot preserves, heated until liquidy
