Check my videos on how you can safely make these a positive traction. The two studs that you turn in to increase traction have nylon bushings that press against the axle. Too much pressure will destroy the nylon and then the axle.
Hey Jeremy!! I'll trot out to my shop and snap a video on how to pull the shift fork back in line with the shifter rod. It takes a little practice, but you don't have to take the tranny apart to do it. I'll also show you how to rig your Brinley plow to work on the old Allis.
