In original, the 1st is "O Cheri Cheri", probably Ricchi e Poveri or something like that.
In the Czech version, it is "Ó ženy ženy" (Oh women women). They sing about the Czech women who have fooled the Czech men and who have a crush on Italian guys and want to live by the sea, while the Czech men prefer concrete blocks in Prosek, Prague. ;-)
The second one is "Ital nezná ten zázrak" i.e. "Italian guy doesn't know the miracle"... and that's why his body is deteriorating. Italian guy doesn't know the miracle: beer, dumplings, pork, and cabbage (a Czech national dinner). They discuss how pasta is bad for you etc. :-)
