@BlackOpsFighter + Quake live + Starcraft 2 + TF2 :p I play most games. Thanks, the wood block booster is basictly only a track around a wooden block, then i added 4-5 carts to it and they will start spinning really fast, and when your main cart touches that it will rocket forwards with a very nice speed. There are many better ways to do a booster nowadays though, search for "minecraft booster" on youtube and there will be some guides.

@iKoNViiCTzZ Minecart boosters. It's a glitch. If you make a circle of mine tracks and position a few minecarts on it they will push each other very fast. so if you build it right next to your rollercoaster when your minecart goes past it, it will push it very fast.

@iKoNViiCTzZ you have to make a powered minecart to go behind it, and then you right click on it with coal in your hand to get it started. this guy hacked, so he could make it move on its own. make a powered minecart by in crafting, you put a inecart directly below a furnace.
