I'd like to see a mock trial based on the information in the Aimed At America 1 video and the Aimed At America 3 video. There are too many parallels for an impartial juror to rule that America does not fit the description of the prime suspect described in the Bible.
@bullettoothtony22333 The rule does not apply when you are asking the jury to stand in for the defendant where the standard the defendant is being judged by is the reasonable person and the issue is liability (which is not the case in this video). It applies in almost every other, if not every other, situation.
Good motions and delivery, however...The prosecutor does NOT have the job of proving that the defendant did not act in self defense. Self defense is an affirmative defense, and an affirmative defense must be proved by the party asserting it.
We can never find justice at the hands of corrupt judges. (See YouTube videos) Judge to Judge on Illegal Payments to Judges / Evil Triangle of Court Corruption / Richard Fine / Dr Shirley Moore slush funds /SBX 211. To end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.

Guam... I don't get it. what's the point of partaking in the competition if you are a student at Guam law school...Is the outcome of this event efface the fact that he went to Guam law school?
Vinay Nayak is the son of the Raghu Nayak the bribe provider involved in the Blagojevich conspiracy corruption. Maybe his practice will help defend his father against a long prison term!
WTH, this guy is so GREAT!! I'm in mock trial and I haven't seen anybody provide as great a proformance as this guy. I wish I was as good as this guy. He is outstanding with his charisma and body language. I would give him a 6 if I was a scorer.
wow man, the tone, the language, the movement, its all so synchronized in such a way that the potency of the entire statement is inevitably enlarged providing a deeper impact on the jury. good job man.
why wear a bow tie

@bullettoothtony22333 True. But in this case, this guys does it broadly though. If it were real life, it could still be a matter of mistrial.

@bullettoothtony22333 Golden Rule Objection... I did that in my mock trial and the Judge told me to revise it. I didn't end up using it.

@bullettoothtony22333 I believe that rule applies only to civil cases; this is a criminal case.
