@bullettoothtony22333 The rule does not apply when you are asking the jury to stand in for the defendant where the standard the defendant is being judged by is the reasonable person and the issue is liability (which is not the case in this video). It applies in almost every other, if not every other, situation.

Good motions and delivery, however...The prosecutor does NOT have the job of proving that the defendant did not act in self defense. Self defense is an affirmative defense, and an affirmative defense must be proved by the party asserting it.

WTH, this guy is so GREAT!! I'm in mock trial and I haven't seen anybody provide as great a proformance as this guy. I wish I was as good as this guy. He is outstanding with his charisma and body language. I would give him a 6 if I was a scorer.
