If you remember the bf3 teaser at E3 there was a dinosaur at the beginning, that was a reference to a conversation that happened between an activision employee and several game reviewers. The activision employee asked what was wrong with modern warfare 2. The first guy answered there were no dinosaurs and everyone else followed suit. so this being in it is not far fetched.
