@PeaceLoveAndSKs From what I understand they're pretty much like any other cat in that regard. My neighbor breeds them and they have a dog also. I'd get one but I think my dogs would veto since they don't seem fond of cats. If they had been raised with cats, I'd probably get one though.

NO NO NO I got mine for $500(should have been $750 but the lady love how much more he connected with me then anyone else+it was my birthday)from a breeder in San Diego, CA for my 14th birthday...Papers and everything. He's an f5 and his name is Blizzard, and he is GORGEOUS. Silver and black with gold eyes. His mom was a champion show cat. She was worth about 4k. The only thing that stopped Blizzard from being a show cat was a slight browned area under his neck.

@kaine969 could be, u can always take it to ur vet and have them run a blood test to find out what kind, but it could be just a DSH, very very common and usually r the strays out there, they range in size and color patterns, all of my cats i have ever owned r adopted from either a shelter or found, have found a couple of tourties but most of them DSH.

True show quality with breeding rights average $2500.

We had a chip inserted in her in case she got lost, but she always came and went like clock work- until one day, she disappeared. We searched desperately to no avail. We strongly believe she was stolen. I wish we had kept her indoors, wild as she was- since she'd still be here

My Tonk took over the alpha role when we had to put our 21 yr old siamese to sleep 2 yrs ago. All was well-until about 6-7 months ago. Fast forward-Charlie lost his role as

@janetlw Not sure where I left off. Charlie has chewed & pulled out his fur on tummy, front legs and partial side. I am sick about it. We took him to our vet and then a 2nd vet for another opinion. Could be 1/2 allergies & half afraid of male. He is now on a very light dose of an allergy pill that also helps with chewing. Sure, it has helped but he no longer has the real get-up-and go energy. We are praying that as our male matures, he may calm down a bit.
