if it wasn't for the fall doon sa first pyramid, either tie and UP and ateneo. i love the costume. every year talaga, kakaiba ang UP, trend setter. i love the SABLAY. very very unique! nice complicated stunts medyo kalat lang ng unti. halos bago mga cheerers kasi sa ibang school, bago. SABLAY ay parang sash na sinussuot kapag gragraduate ka sa UP. alang toga sa UP kaya un ang trademark na sinusuot pag gragraduate ka ng UP. Sana masuot ko rin 2 year from now.

UP got complicated and cool moves, medyo kalat nga lang

UST got a very nice dance number (with a lot of obvious mistakes sa tossing), pero thats the point, it looked like a dance routine. i guess, thats why they're a dance troupe ^_^

AdMU naman, very simple routine, pero executed well naman. sa sobrang simple, hindi masyadong kalat. hindi masyadong obvious mga mali. easy on the eye too. .no wonder ateneo won over the two schools.

its not on the concept that UP fails to portray or deliver, if you watched and listened to the criteria the jurors needs to follow regarding their judging it says there's a big deduction up to 5pts in terms of unsuccessful execution of stunts. i think thats why they failed to be on top. but the performance was great definitely stunning stunts. the difficulty factor makes it hard to polished but whoever makes the routine was great.

UP PEP Squad makes us all proud as UP Students...though we have bee defeated this year by FEU I think they deserve the crown this year for their impressive stunts and choreography...let us take this as a challenge for next year...I'll be seating in the same dome to show my support..

but i think UP PEP really needs to work on its flawless executions.

Although our pyramids and tosses gave me chills!!! UP PEP really upgraded its standards.

but after their performance, i did not feel the same overwhelming emotion i had last year.

I think FEU deserves the championship so long as this season is concerned because of their clean execution, perhaps. But then again, it did not really give me the "wow" compared to how UP and UST did in the past years. Especially UP who always has something new to offer. :)

But still, UP would be the best for me no matter what. Love your own eh. :)) UP Fight! May next year pa naman eh, and the other year, and another... =)

I believe hindi kasi universal yung concept ng UP kaya maraming hindi makakaappreciate, and even the judges ano. In fairness sa FEU, it's a well-deserved win for them.

To Ateneo, thank you at na-break na ang triumvirate, at least we can now believe na kahit sinong university, pwedeng mapenetrate ang top 3 at hindi lang UP, FEU at UST.

UP has the most difficult overall routine and the most exciting/energetic dance moves! Pero kulang siguro sa pyramids. And while I salute the originality of UP in creating a uniquely Peyups theme, from the costume to the props to the routine itself...I think it backfired kasi hindi siya naintindihan ng audience. Mas lalo na nung mga judges na hindi taga-UP at hindi taga-Pinas!!! Bakit sa tingin niyo nag-click yung Moonwalk ng ADMU? It's because MJ is an Int'l icon, kaya evryone can relate. : )

It's not a poor concept. I understand that if you're not from UP, madami sa mga ito hindi talaga maiintindihan ng mga tao from other schools.

Case in point..yung jeep ay "Ikot" jeep na unique sa UP campus. Yung sash ay tinatawag na "sablay" at sinusuot sa graduation. Among others. Very original, yes, but not very relateable. Kaya siguro di nanalo. : )

I felt as if the UP Pep Squad captured the UP Culture perfectly in this routine. Iba talaga ang originality. Pag may gumaya pa dito, ewan ko na lang. Haha. I feel robbed that we didn't win, but I feel prouder because of the fact that the UP Pep Squad showed what an Iskolar ng Bayan is about- a fighting spirit, and a fighting heart. To me, the UP Pep Squad will always be champions.

UP, talaga namang ANG GALING MO. Proud to be from UP! :D

wew! the level of difficulty was really supremely high! can't imagine how UP was defeated by the low level of difficulty of FEU! well the ground alignment was all ruin through out but the originality, equal distribution of stunts from dance and perfecting the routine really on the UP's sides aside from the miss pyramid at the start!!! the UAAP board should look forward in guesting High Standard Judges just for a fare fight rather than just calling for the PE Professors of the 8 schools to judge!
