  • i lost 30 pounds in 2 and half months with gilad hes the man keep an easy diet to follow and work out with him half hour a day and youll be great and i was able to keep the weight off

  • Gilad is the man! I've made a lot of progress thanks to his workouts. Stay consistent with them and you'll see great things in time! Patience is a virtue!

  • Well, I'm not an expert but I find that if I do a few of his workouts that have strength training (weights, your own body weight such as aquats) along with some cardio to get the heart working and some abdominal exercises, I'm good. On youtube I just find a few of these and try to do about an hours worth total. So if his body challenge work outs are about 8 minutes long I try to do 7-8 different ones. But the biggest challenge when you get older is not being able to eat like you used to.

  • Gilad is great. I have worked out with him since mid 80's. He's easy to follow and I just think he's pleasant. He must be 54 or 55. He still looks good. I'd love to be in one of his workouts like he used to do on the beaches in Hawaii. He would have tourists in the background exercising with the rest of his crew. His exercises work b/c I am 45, size 4, and have had 3 kids. I weigh what I did when I was 17. I just do a few of his half hour workouts a day and don't go too crazy with junk food.

  • Thanks for posting Gilad. His shows were captivating and different every time. I was in tremendous condition following his programs.

  • i remember working out with him in 1984 when he was on espn gilad, is the best & i still work out work out with the old videos the old shows r the best
