This video is from a Flemish television (Belgium) comedy show. (thus "fake")
The presenter starts laughing because one of his guests has a very high-pitched voice (due to a medical reason, supposedly).
At 2:30 the presenter asks someone in the audience for his input. This person (supposedly) has a very low-pitched voice, in high contrast to the other guy with the high-pitched voice.

Creo entender lo que pasa: simplemente perdió el parámetro, el rol que le corresponde como reportero. Yo también me maté de la risa, pero por la situación que estaba viviendo el reportero, por el mal rato que solamente es recreable en programas humorísticos y porque su risa es terriblemente contagiosa. Gracias por el video ;o)
