I made a lego engine and it sounds exactly like your engine. It runs on my vacuum cleaner with real working valves and everything.

Thats why I like minibikes more, LIGHTER, more portable.. much faster (bigger tires = more gearing, and the engine stays cooler and breathes cooler air on a minibike too. My 5hp Bonanza bike would eat this kart UP!

@cxbra Yeah minibikes are great.. If you like brain damage. You'd never see me sitting on one of those things. I'll take 4 wheels over 2 any day of the week. You're probably right about it being faster though. But give this cart a better engine, and I think it would be an even race.

You have to do something about the cooling to. This way behind the seat the engine will not be cooled enough.

@gekkehenk1980 I had a similar setup on mine when I was a kid. Had it for about 3 years, and I never had a problem with it overheating.

Needs a little more tuning, should start on the first pull. If you want it to start on the first pull you might have to sacrifice power.
