I think it was good. I used to knit when i was a kid i remember the basic moves, but I just couldn't remember how to start the first row :) and this is the only video that was helpful and also shows the efficient way of doing it.

I've been trying to get the knack of this method for ages but have always given up. You made it look a lot easier than some.
