If I ever see/hear/dance this song again it will be too soon!. Talk about overdone!. It was popular in Germany for a couple of years, 30 years ago, then the Germans moved on, and here in the USA we must endure this crap at every German/Czech festival where there is dancing. Do away with it!

Well I've been to Germany two times and went to numerous festivals, including the Oktoberfest in Munich, and the chicken dance was NEVER done at any of them. Now maybe the chicken dance is done at children's birthday parties in Germany or something like that. Also, in the German language it is the DUCK dance.

I think its nice that the people here in germany are not so scared to embrass thereselfs. that shows that we are not judging each other- the best condition for great partys and friendships!
