  • It is indeed a mk1. When asked how close it was to a production model, Ian Kellet (of IK Classics), who prepared the car, replied rhetorically: "How far are we from the moon?"

    I think it's all period modifications to the original layout, though, it's not spaceframed or anything really extreme like that.
