Okay... Those who don't get this, the idea of this series of sketches is the idea of a dentist talking about horrible sexual deviances while working on you, which is just hilariosly unpleasant. In this particuar sketch, he tells the patient of a time where he had sex with a german woman at which point she shat in his mouth. Better?
