It's a god mashup but the drums in both song counter act eachotherI don't see why you all are fighting about which game is better. Both games a great but there so different them.

For all of those people who are moaning about it being 2 songs dumped on top of each other, please stop, because sometimes the simplest ideas are best and as any mashup artist will tell you the hardest part of creating a mashup is finding two songs that actually fit together.

I do like it, however, the beginning tempest vocals are in a major key and don't really work with the minor-key starting part of watercolour. I would like it if you mixed it so watercolour would kinda fade out and be replaced by the ending synth bit in tempest

When the vocals clash it sounds a little too busy but I like the tribal drum beats of The Tempest mixed with Watercolour. When the main bit of Tempest kicked in it sounded good. I too usually do mash-ups, I mixed Pendulum's Voodoo People Remix with Sub Focus' Rock It. But instead of just putting them ontop of each other, you have to take bits out and repeat other bits so they flow together. There were too many drum and vocal clashes I think with this but some of it still sounded pretty good.

Oh, yes. I'm very much aware of the clashing. I purposely left the songs as they were, because of the identical BPMs and musical scales, as an experiment.

yeah its alright, but....why? just listen to the songs individually as they are both amazing in their own right, no need for this.... no editiing done with this either, literally just got 2 songs and pressed play on them both at the same time

It IS playing two songs at the same time, and that was the point. It fit, both rythmically and melodically. If you're really engaged in the issue, I suggest you do it.

you sir ruined pendulum like this. I'm sorry, but from a serious drum and bass listener, your just mixing up the songs together and it makes no sense this way. And besides that, im only hearing watercolour. Your better off making a remix of the two songs together, which I think anyone out there can do really, just takes a really good master to do something great with songs like these. Nice try tho, just know that it didnt work the way you were planning.

I know what songs fit and what songs don't. Here, both the tempo and the melodies fit together. Yes, Rob Swire sings duet with himself at times, but in my ears, and many other's ears, it sounds cool. This isn't a proper mashup, I know. This is to showcase how similar the songs were.

I saw Pendulum live on TV a few days ago because they played at Rock Am Ring. I remembered that DJIntensity made 2 Mashups with Pendulum and there was another one, too! =D (Your Mashup ^^ ) Watercolour is an amazing song! Also a perfect mash-up! You're always doing a good job mate! : )
