Can someone make another GOOD Vampire Chronicle movie- Queen of the Dammed WAS AWFUL!! Maybe the producer should have read the books before making the movie- best part of the book is how the Queen and King became vampires, instead they make it a love story between Lestat and Jesse, WHICH NEVER EVEN HAPPENED!

@shelastat I would love to see someone take The Vampire Lestat and Queen of the Damned and make a pair of films to rival the beauty of the original Interview. It would be phenomenal if they could get Pitt and Cruise to reprise their roles, but that's a stretch. Also, I'd like to see an Armand that reflects the character Anne Rice wrote, no more Antonio.

this movie is so well made, but sometimes I think that the scenes that are very dramatic to us must have just been akward for them. Like the scene when Lestat is on top of Louie suck his blood. With the mousic to us its dramatic, when they were taping it without the music, it was just one guy laying on other guy, sucking on his neck.

No-he's not gay. They hint at vampires being bi because of how people react to them-male and female are attracted to them-so they physically show you the attraction. Louis understand the world-he hasn't been hiding, but living it-Armand has been underground and wants to resurface. He needs Louis' help to do this.

I'm so tired of people comparing Tom Cruise's version of Lestat to Stuart's.I think Tom did an amazing job in this role and just because Stuart somewhat better looking for the role of a vampire doesn't mean he acted the part right. IwtV was from Louis' point of view, Lestat was devil in his eyes. QotD was Lestat's view and Stuart's version was horrible, cold and sadistic and had BROWN HAIR!

IMO, Townsend had far mote depth to the character than Cruise, plus Townsend looked actually like the 19-20 year old Lestat ought to be. Cruise looks at least 30. But I hope there will never be a new version of IwtV. Nevereverever! And I LOVE thsi video. I watch this almost every day. <3
