Lame. Also there can't be fire or even sound in space because its a vacuum- the biggest catch of Star Wars.

Actually, if you give it a little bit more thought than just saying: Space is a vacuum so there can't be fire or sound out there...

I have a possible explanation for the fire seen in space: Starships, fighters, they all carry LOTS of oxigen. After all, every species needs oxigen to stay alive. If a ship blows up, it will leak oxigen into space. Fire burns on oxigen and will leak with it into space, so that's why there CAN be fire in space, altough very briefly. No explanation for sound though

lol actaully YOUR wrong, fire only exists withing an atmosphere but not within the vacuum of space. Because of the uneqal pressure, all the oxygen would rush out all at once, leavin no oxygen for the fire to burn, a fire culd not exist outside the spacecraft. Sound does travel in space in the form of waves, u can 'hear' sound in space but again you would have 2 b within an atmoshere, like inside a spaceship to hear it. this is fiction and within a game any fiction and become non fiction

Though there's no way to be sure if fire can exist in space or not, since no one is willing to try it out as no one would like to die in space lol...not to mention the financial damage when the spaceship would be destroyed. And u can hear sound in space but u can't hear it? Awesome =P Don't get the last part though with "This is fiction and within a.....become non fiction" rofl =P
