Does anyone in Vancouver know a good Industrial venue or club? This city is full of hipsters, dubstep clubbers, and people think they are punk because they go to Funky Winkerbeans. I wish Van City was the true home of FLA/Skinny Puppy.
i bought thier 1st cd released in the states,... and i remember laying down on the divider line on on Atlantic Ave in AC @ 3am... a front 242.fla night.day. epoch...
This video was included as an AVI file on the Circuitry Remix Singles CD. The first track was CD Rom Data, which was a big deal back in the day. The inlay in the back says the following. Requirements, 486 DX 33MHZ or faster, 4 MB RAM Required (8 MB Recommended) 640x480 Resolution with 256 Colors (16.7 Million colors for best video performance. Double Speed CD ROM and 5.2MB hard disk space with 16 Bit Sound Blaster card with Windows 3.1 and mouse. That gives you an idea how ahead they were.
FLA=Industrial GODS!! By the way, Shitakio... you can come back to planet Earth. You aren't the only one that appreciates and respects Front Line Assembly.
man this song or any of the songs from this record ,sound as good they sounded
back then in the early 90's . its a must have ...i don't know if any body notice the song in some parts remind me MINISTRY Thieves thats awesome thanks for the gr8 share. by the way Skinny Puppy from Vancouver Canada they are old school and cool

FLA, Prong, Fear Factory, Ministry, Rammstein, Skinny Puppy and Killing Joke. The best bands making the best music. From what I've read here, some people have got no respect for this kind of music. Sad.
Wow.. this came out when I was 1 year old, and my parents have been playing it ever since.. Actually my dad was just blasting this in the livingroom last week.
We were luck enough to open for FLA once. They are touring again and they are selling so well that the club may not even need local non touring openers on it. Please check out break me on our site.
where else can you listen to 13 year old mooks try to argue who's better than their favorite band? have you ever considered using this site to research, or Cthulu forbid, learn something? I can only hope your comments stay here long enough for you to be embarrassed that you ever posted them. "Industrial" is obviously a foreign word to you, like "books". From NIN to Combichrist, they would tell you they were influenced by Front Line Assembly. And nobody says "techno" anymore, grandpa
I have liked FLA for nearly 20 years and I like Pendulum, I like Hawkwind and Killing Joke, Slayer and Morbid Angel still I see people arguing about great music.
we will persevere now and forever step up to us and we will destroy you know you place and grovel at our feet FLA are fucking pioneres in the industrial scene skinny puppy were some of the first ever and rammstein has taken the torch of today and tomorrow combichrist will lead us into oblivion
INDUSTRIAL FOREVER!!!! us rivetheads will stomp out all you jersey shore bieber cock suckers industrial music will be around long after all the rappers have shot each other and the pop singers have all gone gay and stop breeding
wow, as usual, petty bickering in these comments... ANYWAY, i didn't get into this stuff until about 10 years ago (i was a kid when these guys came out). Yes, i like Rammstein & as far as industrial bands, i got into them 1st in '98... but along came Ministry, Skinny Puppy, Project Pitchfork, which along with FLA, have became my favorites of the mixed genres. If anyone knows what quote this is from, you get a cookie: "Stay out of my way... & nobody will get hurt." Friggin awesome movie :)
wow finally i have found this song. i remember i had one of the roadrunner record promo cds and it is what got me into metal. "new releases 1994" was the promo cd. took me forever to find this
by the way I am just using this profile sorry shitakio. I just cant stand uneducated fucklesteins trying to talk about the godfathers of techno. Let me guess Skinny puppy and ministry suck too? KMFDM IS JUST SHIT!
These groups have shaped a generation and even rap is backed by aggressive techno! Yes leeb is canadian not everything from canada sucks!
yah, even though i hate most rap (esp. modern, but i like some 80s & early 90s), even the rap track on this album is cool :) I've read that some fans didn't like this album as much because it was too guitar-heavy, but that's exactly what i like about it!
@shitakio Skinny Puppy is from Canada too. Loads of people in Canada make good music. I'd like to consider my own Canadian music pretty good too hahaha.
We're basically good at three things: music, really nice weed and beer.
@shitakio But FLA isn't techno... Its Industrial. Seriously what the fuck is up with you turds calling every EDM genre Techno. Trance isn't really even Techno either, nor Dubstep, not Breakbeat, nor DnB, nor Jungle. Techno has it own sound. I can even see why you would call house techno but even it has its own sound. Seriously WTF its getting old and insulting to the Bands/Djs.
no one on this page should even have the right to comment on this group. They have been around longer than most of you have even been in your dads balls. In fact the crap you listen to wouldn't have happened if it weren't for guys like these. The reason the editing is weird to your ears is this was done when you had to do this manually. And I love rammstein but the first us hit came what close to a decade later. all in all FLA Millenium is the shit you all are shit.
@shitakio Your effluent remarks are fertile ground, Sir! X_X Speak of history and you'll see...the dead will not rise up against you. I saw the Millennium Tour at Saint Andrews in Detroit (Spahn Ranch and Switchblade Symphony opened up) the most violent pit ev!er.,it was a fine day to mutate..afterwards stomping in The Shelter with Rhys Fulber and Tina Root: good times! Tactical Neural Implant is highly relevant for today's climate. Who's Rammstein?
My dadz ballz have been there as long as yours.....i was lucky and got to hear good music as it was there.....don't have the butthurts, people are just ignorant.
@tecno242 I checked out this vid because i'm subscribed to roadrunner's channel and they started posting all their old vids so i thought id see if i overlooked any good bands, dumbass.
btw Bieber's from Canada too... so considering i just took a shot at canada, ur a dumbass.
@tecno242 I'm sure this guy isn't here for Justin Beiber. Since this is roadrunner, he's most likely here for Korn and Slipknot. I love it when Slipknot fans tell me my music sucks.
Great!!
