OMG, "Fort Ti" in 3-D!! I watched that at the time with my freebie 3-D glass obtained from Rumbelows. The anticipation of that movie was amazing, in reality I was really disappointed at how boring it was and ended up with a splitting headache.
Wow...didnt realise he did that..Have you seen MR LONELY - Adapting the novel by Eric Morecambe copy and paste it into the search on youtube! It's excellent! :0)
Love that Thames break bumper! It's amazing to see how Quality Street looked when I wasn't born yet. Hate them Emva ads. They are obviously men in drag (nothing wrong with that of course). Don't know who Hinge and Bracket are by the way!
Note also the TVS font on the "Glasses Off" and "Glasses On" captions, because of course it was they who made The Real World ... and, really, those Atari ads were a sign that Morecambe and Wise were *very* much on the slide.
Glasses off.

Those ads look quite sophisticated...for 1982. I recall when they had a brief 3D season on tele. It didn't seem to do well.

That's not a Thames breabumper - Thames didn't have any breakbumpers until 1989! That's the LWT breakbumper used from the 1970s to 1983!

Oh yeah that's right! Doh! Forgot it was LWT. Thanks mate

Hing and Bracket....you have never heard of them??? They are legends!! Funniest double act ever.

No sorry, never heard of them. They must have passed me by!

Imagine if any viewers thought the Quality Street or Atari ads were 3D - firstly being hit by sweets, then attacked by Space Invaders :)
Joanna Lumley is the voice on the Campari Soda ad, no sight nor sound of Lorraine Chase.
