Some of the NS GEVO's are in storage due to the wide-range GEVO turbo charger failures, which is also the reason why so many narrow cab Dash 9's are back out on NS. BNSF has brought back their SD75M/I's, as well as SD60M's. CSX has brought out a few AC6000CW's and some more C40-8 Narrow and Wide cabs. I'm not quite sure what UP has done, but I'd imagine maybe some more Dash 8's and Dash 9's are in service.

it's in North Baltimore, there are starting to put the track in and the ground breaking ceremony was in July

Yes, the intermodal yard will be in North Baltimore. It is currently under construction, and track is being laid. Concrete ties are involved, and a land barrier between the yard property and Rt. 18 has been constructed. Before construction began, the citizens of North Baltimore protested the yard at a very high level.
