This doesn't work on many levels. The dry, Monday morning tone of voice, the garbled Rambo joke with wooden delivery, the references to films that no-one's heard of. The concept is not bad, but you'd want your audience saying "yeah, I agree, that movie was bad", rather than "I've never even heard of this movie". It doesn't take much skill to find a movie that's obscure and unknown due to bad acting and say "the acting is bad". The skill is finding bad acting where it's not expected to turn up
