I have a question. I'm in nursing school with the goal to become a flight nurse. I know in the civilian world, companies like Life Flight and CalStar fly either nurse/nurse or nurse paramedic. In the military, do nurses fly in the choppers too or are there only medics and paramedics in the chopper...leaving the nurses and the docs in the hospital?

In the army anyway, a flight medic flies medevac missions. most are nremt-p registered.
