Well, 157MPH on the dyno doesn't necessarily mean 157 at Bonneville. You loose traction on the salt flats so you will get a lower time.

That's a give, BUT as stated in the video's write-up it did go 157.8 MPH. I was there and I helped build the race car. ; )

Yeah, I guess 'Flathead' is sorta a loose term considering the Ardun set-up. It took us MANY years to get to those speeds!
