Hmmmph. I read the "How it works" info on Squidoo (where I found this) and my take is .... I used bandit signs to create that kind of traffic all the time. My thing is if the other house for sale is similar, and they're asking less, I'm going over there.
You appear very excited & Satisfied W SIMS. I already have the idea, & I dont think I need to dishout another dollar to another Guru. Especially when I'm not so sure they're doing deals.
