true but by true conservatism I think (and correct me if I'm wrong) that he meant the liberties and freedom that our (presuming you're American) founding fathers fought for so dilligently and wrote so carefully into documentation to abide by. Now tyranny is denegrades the stature of it's nobility day-by-day.
