This Gannon, I felt bad for him, he went crazy, his world he knew was gone, he wanted it back, he wanted to bring the land of hyrule to life, kinda what Link is doing now in Skyward Sword. beside, Gannondorf said he didn't want to hurt them, he mearly wanted the land back to how it was, he was jealous that his homeland was striken with death where as Hyrule was blessed, and in the end he gets his wish, he is reunited with Hyrule only in death, this was my favorite incarnation of Gannondorf

@Limexis Yeah this is my favorite Incarnation too. It makes the story more interesting when the give the "bad guy" a back story. I love Zelda, its my favorite video game. However you have to notice how they barely put any details into why Gandorf is trying to take over Hyrule. Usually it's just because "he is evil".But Its not all about how he is evil, its also about why he is evil.

I've learned that Ganon takes on many forms including his human counterpart. It does make some since because man/beast shapeshifters are found in Japanese mythology. I've also learned that the making of Ganon was inspired by a demon in a certain Japanese story, but I can't remeber the title.

@maconwriter I have both the original and the 3ds remake, they redid many of the textures and smoothed the polygons, it just plain looks better. Also, though the original is technically a 3d game , the 3d on the 3ds gives it depth, making many things like aiming a lot easier. It's also portable, so it can be taken anywhere.

In the end of OoT, Link is sent back to his past.....and the Triforce of Courage goes with him. How could the Triforce of Courage exist in both timelines? Hmmmmmm? (And don't give me that crap about "the door of time was never opened and the Triforce was untouched", because ONE: You clearly see the door of time open at the end of the credits, and TWO: You see the ToC on Link's hand at the end)

The theory is that when OoT Kid Link drew the mastersword, three things occured, he was held in time till he turned 18 to fight Ganon in the destroyed future, a split timeline occured which leads to TP via MM and another timeline branches off to produce the WW timeline. WW Ganon is dead but TP is not because we don't see him get destroyed he just stands in Hyrule field where as WW Ganon is crushed under the ocean.
